Nottingham-based M-tech Engineering Holdings secures £1.1m investment

An estimated £1.1m has been secured by M-tech Engineering Holdings Limited, a Nottingham-based firm (UK company #17154210). This funding round values the company at a post-money figure of £2.1m.

The business operates as a holding company for various interests not elsewhere classified. Its remit specifically excludes involvement in the financial services, distribution, construction, production, and agricultural sectors. Matthew Stammers and Patricia Stammers were both appointed to the board of directors in April, the month of the company's incorporation.

Formal documentation regarding the share issuance was filed in July, following the allotment of shares which was completed in May.
