Adapting digital content for international markets is the core focus of Lokalise Uk Ltd, which has just secured an estimated £800k in new funding. This latest investment brings the Altrincham-based company to a post-money valuation of £2.7m.

The platform provides tools for agile teams, including developers and project managers, to adapt digital content for global audiences. Its software is used to translate and manage web applications, mobile apps, games, and IoT software. By automating parts of the translation workflow, the company provides a centralized hub for managing strings and assets across different platforms and devices.

Founded in 2024, the company has seen a steady increase in its valuation over the past year. This £800k round represents a step up from its previous funding activity. In August 2025, the business raised £700k at a valuation of £1.9m. Prior to that, in April 2025, it secured £600k at a valuation of £1.2m.

The company operates from its headquarters in Altrincham. While specific revenue and employee figures were not disclosed in the latest filings (May 2026), the company has now raised a total of £2.1m across three documented rounds since April 2025.

Lokalise Uk Ltd focuses on the technical side of internationalization, offering services that integrate directly into the development cycle. This allows teams to manage localization tasks alongside their existing software development processes.
