Reading software developer Jbr Tech raises £2.6m seed round

A £2.6m seed round has been raised by Jbr Tech Ltd for business and domestic software development. Based in Reading, the company provides systems analysis and software maintenance alongside the creation of custom applications.
The firm was incorporated in October 2025 and has raised a total of £2.8m throughout 2026, which includes £200k from previous allotments.
Frederik David Benjamin Hagenauer joined the board in September. LinkedIn profiles suggest he is possibly a partner at Speedinvest, focusing on AI and infrastructure. Formal documentation was filed later that month.
