Reading IT services firm Dishy Ltd secures £60k investment

An estimated £60k investment has been secured by Dishy Ltd, a Reading-based company operating in the other information technology service activities sector. This capital injection brings the business to an estimated post-money valuation of £3.7m.

The firm provides a variety of technical services, including data archiving and backup. Its operations also encompass the installation of personal computers and peripheral equipment, alongside software installation and disaster recovery.

The business was incorporated in 2023. According to its most recent financial accounts for the year ended 31 August 2025, the company maintained a headcount of two employees.

This funding represents the total capital raised by the business throughout 2026. Documentation for the round was filed in August, following an allotment of shares that took place in July.
