Io Tech Group Ltd secures £1.5m for industrial IoT development

Industrial and enterprise customers requiring connected solutions for manufacturing, agriculture, and other business operations are the primary focus of Io Tech Group Ltd, which has just raised an estimated £1.5m. The London-based firm operates within the sector of research and experimental development on natural sciences and engineering, delivering Internet-of-Things (IoT) enabled services. Its work includes the design and manufacture of devices alongside end-to-end project management ranging from the initial proof-of-concept phase through to scalable commercial deployment.

Founded in 2015, the company reported having four employees in its latest accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025. This latest capital injection follows a larger total of £1.7m raised during 2025.

Documentation was filed in September 2026, following an allotment of shares that occurred in July.
