Newton Abbot-based Health And Care Innovations Limited has secured an estimated £410.2k in its latest funding round. The company develops digital health tools including the CONNECTPlus Platform and an extensive Health and Care Video Library. These products are designed to help patients manage health conditions from home while providing clinicians with remote monitoring and decision-making capabilities.
Founded in 2014, the business focuses on reducing demand on the NHS by digitising patient care pathways. Its software primarily serves NHS trusts, offering tools that aim to improve patient outcomes through remote care and informed clinical decisions. The company reported a headcount of 12 employees in its latest accounts for the year ending 31 December 2024.
This latest investment follows two funding injections in February 2025, which totaled approximately £825.4k across two separate filings of £37.5k and £787.9k. Earlier in its development, the company raised £2.5m in June 2016 at a post-money valuation of £7.4m. The current round was documented in May following an allotment of shares in April.
Health And Care Innovations Limited operates from its headquarters in Devon. The company platform allows for the delivery of clinical information and support via video, aiming to streamline the interaction between healthcare providers and those under their care. By empowering patients to manage various health conditions independently, the company seeks to enhance the efficiency of remote care delivery across the public health sector.
