Goodfolio secures £643k funding for SEPANTA enterprise AI platform

Published

Organisations can design, govern, and scale complex solutions using the SEPANTA enterprise AI operating system developed by Goodfolio Ltd. The London-based company provides this technology to sectors including financial services, healthcare, retail, private equity, and consulting. Its platform offers both ready-made applications and custom-built systems to address the requirement for businesses to manage and deploy these tools.

A recent financing round generated an estimated £643.2k for the business, resulting in a post-money valuation of approximately £5.3m. This capital injection follows a smaller aggregate total of £70k recorded in 2025.

Incorporated in 2021, the firm reported having two employees in its latest accounts for the year ended 31 May 2025, though its LinkedIn profile currently lists zero staff members. While the entity provides the software, that same social page identifies the industry as non-profit organisations and describes a service for creating and supporting personal portfolios of charitable giving. Documentation for the current investment was filed in June, following an allotment of shares in May.
