London startup Bonza secures £100k for plant-based dog food

Plant-based dog food manufacturer Happea Chappea Limited, which operates from London under the trading name Bonza, has secured an estimated £100k in its latest funding round. The company focuses on providing healthier and more environmentally sustainable alternatives to traditional meat-based products.
Operating within the food production sector, the business was incorporated in 2017 and currently maintains a workforce of four employees, according to its latest accounts for the year ended 31 July 2024. This capital represents the total funding raised in 2026 and follows a prior year total of £200k in 2025.
The current share allotment took place in May, with corresponding paperwork filed in June.
