Bristol equipment leasing startup Simpson Hire raises £30k

A £30k funding round has been completed by Simpson Hire Ltd, a Bristol-based firm registered under UK company number 17155454. The company specializes in the rental and leasing of machinery, equipment, and other tangible goods not elsewhere classified. Its service catalog includes packaging machinery, oil field equipment, and mining equipment.

The inventory also features utility goods such as pallets and wheelbarrows, alongside motorcycles and office containers. Additionally, the business provides specialized equipment for motion picture production. This investment values the entity at an estimated post-money valuation of £150k.

Isaac John Simpson was appointed as a director in April, the same month the company was incorporated. Formal documentation for the share allotment was processed in June.
