Digital Health Fund and Bayer AG increase stakes in Bristol's Okulo Ltd

Okulo Ltd, a Bristol-based company founded in 2018, develops training technology using light science to enhance visual processing for athletes. Trading as OKKO Health and OKKULO, the firm focuses on improving reaction speed and decision-making. Recent filings show Digital Health Fund GmbH increased its holding by 38 percent, moving from 193,050 to 265,876 shares (period ending 12 March 2026). This total includes 193,050 Preference shares, 41,082 Series Seed-B shares, and 31,744 Series Seed-A shares.

Bayer AG, Berlin also expanded its position, increasing its stake by 137 percent from 36,463 to 86,594 shares. These are held as 50,131 Series Seed-A and 36,463 Ordinary shares. SIE Ventures SPV Limited joined the cap table as a new shareholder with 11,462 Ordinary shares. This investor is also a shareholder in Fifth Dimension AI Ltd and The Wise Collective Limited.

The entry of a new investor alongside stake increases from existing shareholders may signal a recent round. Other shareholders remaining on the cap table include F. Holzer GmbH with 92,431 shares, Plug & Play Germany GmbH with 21,000 shares, and AJ Holdco 2 Ltd with 20,912 shares. The Francis Crick Institute Limited maintains 16,730 shares, while Sharma Capital Partners Ltd holds 10,456 shares. Smaller positions are held by RCA Ventures Ltd, Plug and Play GmbH, and Hamble Angel Programme II, LLC.
