Retail technology startup DRSR secures £58k for in-store personalisation platform

A London-based retail technology startup has secured £58.4k to expand its cloud-based personalisation platform. DRSR (DRESSER) LTD, which was incorporated in March 2025, reached an estimated post-money valuation of £1.4m following the investment.

The company provides a Retail Cloud platform specifically for fashion, beauty, and wellness retailers. Its technology aims to solve the lack of personalisation and attribution in physical store environments. The system uses a QR-to-profile flow where a customer scan creates a consented cloud profile. This allows both shoppers and retail staff to access real-time recommendations based on live product and service availability.

The platform is designed to capture preference signals from every scan, save, and purchase. This data is fed back into the Retail Cloud to improve personalisation, attribution, and CRM enrichment over time. The company positions its software as a privacy-first layer for clienteling and omnichannel analytics that integrates with a retailer's existing technology stack.

DRSR currently operates with a team of two employees. Its core product features include AI-driven personalisation, commerce media tools, and first-party data collection. The business focuses on creating measurable retail personalisation across both online and in-store channels.

The funding round was documented in May, following a share allotment that took place in March. This capital injection follows the company's first year of operations as it builds out its infrastructure for fashion and beauty retail technology.
