Chartersync secures £311.2k to digitise air cargo chartering

An estimated £311.2k has been raised by Chartersync Limited to expand its digital platform. Based in London, the company automates the booking and management of air freight transportation for logistics operators, freight forwarders, and NGOs.
The award-winning business was incorporated in 2018 to address inefficiencies in the aviation market by replacing manual processes. Its technology focuses on increasing transparency and speed for airlines and cargo service providers globally, supported by a 24/7 sales team. The company describes its core ethos as being built on openness and innovation.
This current investment follows a total of £830k raised during 2025. Formal documentation for the new capital was filed in April, following a share allotment that took place in March 2026. The platform is marketed as an easy-to-use system intended to bring disruption to the traditional air charter industry.
Financial records for the year ended 31 December 2024 showed the company employed nine people. More recent figures from LinkedIn suggest the workforce has since increased to 10 employees.
