Carbonovia Secures £785k for Agricultural Carbon Capture Research

Research into capturing and reusing carbon has received an estimated £785k boost at Thame-based Carbonovia Ltd. This latest funding round values the business at approximately £2.4m.
Incorporated in 2022, the firm focuses on experimental development within the natural sciences and engineering sector, targeting climate-technology and agricultural markets to transform farming processes into climate-change solutions. This latest capital injection brings the total funding raised in 2026 to £1m, following a total of £470k raised throughout 2025.
The round involved an allotment of shares in January, with formal documentation filed in June. Recent corporate filings show the appointment of Rebecca Alma Mason as a director in January. LinkedIn data suggests she may be a Partner at McGill and Partners. The company's latest accounts were filed for the year ended 31 March 2025.
