An estimated £115.4k has been raised by Area 52 Ltd, a record label operating out of Glasgow. This latest funding round values the business at an estimated £8.4m. Founded in 2016, the company produces recordings for music listeners and vinyl collectors. Its output includes physical media such as the Rodrigo y Gabriela vinyl release.

The business previously secured £350k in total funding during 2025. Financial records for the year ended 30 April of that year show that the firm employed four people. This most recent capital injection, which represents the total funding raised by the company so far this year, follows an allotment of shares in March. Formal documentation for the round was filed in June.
