Cambridge Aerospace secures £202.3m in Series C+ funding round

A Series C+ funding round estimated at £202.3m has been raised by Cambridge Aerospace Limited to support the production of its Skyhammer air-defence interceptors. Based in London, the company was incorporated in 2024 and supplies advanced military hardware to the UK Ministry of Defence and NATO partners.

The firm operates within the air and spacecraft manufacturing sector, maintaining a digital presence at cambridgeaerospace.com. This latest investment brings the total capital raised by the business in 2026 to £351.1m, compared to the £37.8m secured during the previous calendar year.

Financial records for the period ending 30 September 2025 show the business employed 45 people at that time. More recent data from LinkedIn indicates the workforce has since grown to 80 staff members. Documentation for the transaction was filed in September following an allotment of shares in August.
