Incorporated in 2024, the entity provides both business and domestic software development. Beyond digital operations, it maintains a division dedicated to archives activities, which focuses specifically on the management and preservation of archival materials for its commercial customer base. According to the most recent financial accounts for the year ended 31 October 2025, the firm was operated by a single active employee.

This new private investment marks an increase in capital compared to the previous calendar year, when the organization raised a total of £350k. Formal documentation for the current external funding was filed in September 2026, following the issuance of shares earlier that same month.
