The consultancy was incorporated in March to assist HR and technology leaders with the complexities of modern enterprise software stacks. It offers AI readiness consulting, a service designed to help management make informed decisions regarding the adoption of artificial intelligence within their existing human resources technology.

This capital injection follows formal documentation filed in June (allotment date in June). The company operates within the management consultancy sector, providing professional advisory services for the optimization of enterprise systems that exclude financial management.
