An estimated £17.7m has been raised by Open Trade Technology Ltd in its latest funding round. Based in Altrincham, the software company builds a treasury-management platform that sources financial assets through a global network of institutions. These assets are structured into on-chain, yield-bearing stablecoin products, providing white-labelled solutions for fintech firms and other businesses seeking to offer embedded yield services.

The business was incorporated in 2023. Financial records for the year ended 31 December 2024 show the firm maintained a headcount of four employees. The figure represents the first capital injection recorded for the company since its inception and constitutes the total funding for 2026.

Samantha Lewis was appointed as a director in May, the same month the share allotment was completed. Formal documentation was filed in June.
