Edinburgh-based Amiqus secures £2.5m for digital compliance platform

Organizations across the UK legal, financial services, and healthcare sectors utilize the digital compliance platform developed by Amiqus Resolution Limited, which has recently raised an estimated £2.5m. The Edinburgh-based company provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for staff and client onboarding.

Founded in 2015, the firm enables users to conduct identity verification, anti-money laundering (AML) checks, and pre-employment screening. Its technology also facilitates other regulated compliance checks for property and recruitment businesses. This latest capital injection follows a total of £2.7m raised during 2025. Share allotments for the current round were completed in August, with formal documentation filed in September.

Latest accounts for the year ending 31 July 2025 show the business employed 77 people.
