Vivetti Energy secures £555.5k for smart-grid AI platform

An estimated £555.5k has been raised by Vivetti Energy Ltd, a London-based smart-grid technology firm. This funding round values the business at approximately £3.5m.

The startup’s Omni platform is designed to connect, control, and optimize distributed energy resources such as battery energy storage (BESS), solar, wind, and co-located renewables. It utilizes AI-driven energy management software and power electronics to target applications for data centers, smart buildings, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

Founded in October 2025, the firm currently employs 10 people according to LinkedIn data. Vivetti Energy operates within the electronic component manufacturing and IT consulting sectors.

Recent board appointments include Penelope Paterson Hope and Jack Frederick Preece, who both joined the company in April. Michael Otto Aichinger also joined the board during the same month. LinkedIn profiles suggest Aichinger may hold roles as CEO of unisoftwareplus GmbH and Managing Partner at DAIM GmbH, while also serving as CTO for Intelligent Lagoon.

Documentation for this capital increase was filed in June, following an allotment of shares in March.
