Managing classes and workshops is the focus of Vidabook Ltd, a Stroud-based software company that has raised an estimated £119.8k in its latest funding round. This investment places the company at an estimated post-money valuation of £3m. The share allotment was completed on 25 July 2025, following the company's incorporation on 27 June 2025.

Vidabook provides a booking system designed to simplify the administration of events, lessons, and gatherings. The platform is built for individuals and organizations hosting activities such as yoga, pottery classes, networking events, and retreats. A key feature of the service is that it allows users to manage their bookings without the need for a dedicated website or a monthly subscription fee.

The company was founded by Christopher Alexander Heffernon and Courtenay Louise Pipkin. Both were appointed as directors on the date of incorporation. The business operates from Stroud and focuses on the development of business and domestic software.

This funding round follows the company's formation in mid-2025. The filing for the allotment was processed on 6 May 2026. The estimated £3m valuation was reached within the first month of the company's operations. Vidabook aims to solve the problem of complex event management for small-scale hosts by providing a streamlined alternative to traditional booking platforms that often require recurring costs or technical setup.
