An estimated £1.6m has been raised by Venari Security to scale its cybersecurity platform that analyzes encrypted traffic without the need for decryption. The London-based company utilizes machine learning, artificial intelligence, and behavioral analytics to identify anomalous behavior and detect threats within encrypted data streams.
Founded in 2020, the business focuses on helping enterprises across diverse sectors manage cryptographic risks and maintain data privacy while ensuring compliance with encryption standards. Its technology specifically targets the encrypted attack surface to assist organizations in preparing for post-quantum security challenges and achieving crypto agility.
This latest injection brings the funding total for 2026 to £2.6m, following £3.1m secured during 2025. While latest accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 listed 7 employees, current LinkedIn data indicates a headcount of 45 staff members.
The round was documented in filings made during June. The firm provides advanced visibility through its discovery tool.
