Private medical consultants and independent clinics in the UK use Touchpoints.health Ltd to manage scheduling, billing, and patient records. The London-based firm has secured £107.5k in its latest funding round, which places the business at an estimated post-money valuation of £4.4m.
Developed by clinicians and founded in 2022, the startup provides cloud-based practice management software designed to streamline workflows for medical secretaries and practice managers through automated reminders, digital invoicing, and GDPR-compliant data handling. The system includes a private portal for patient communications, self-pay tools to accelerate cash flow, and real-time reporting for practice insights.
This investment follows a previous funding total of £77.4k raised during 2025. Financial records for the year ended 31 December 2025 show the company employed two people, though more recent LinkedIn data indicates a headcount of four staff. Documentation for the new share allotment was filed in June 2026.
