Bidscript raises £293k for AI-powered tender management platform
Published
Automating the research, drafting, and compliance of tender proposals is the focus of Bidscript, which has secured an estimated £293.4k in new funding. Based in Altrincham, the startup was incorporated in 2024 to help UK mid-market revenue and bid teams improve efficiency and win rates.
The platform functions as an AI-native knowledge engine that manages the entire lifecycle of RFPs and tenders. It utilizes an agentic AI named Biddy to plan, analyze, and draft submissions in real time. Rather than relying on static Q&A libraries, the software ingests tender packs, case studies, and technical specifications to build a performance-linked knowledge graph. The system learns from evaluator comments and previous bid outcomes to surface proven answers and identify risks.
This funding round was documented in a June filing, following an allotment of shares in January. Financial accounts for the year ending 30 April 2025 report that the company employed three people. Recent LinkedIn data lists a headcount of two employees for the firm, which also maintains a presence in Manchester.
