Toqen Group Holdings raises £200k for digital private credit infrastructure

Published

Digital private credit infrastructure developer Toqen Group Holdings Ltd has raised an estimated £200k in its latest funding round. The London-based company reached an estimated post-money valuation of £2.8m following the investment.

Incorporated in November 2025, the firm addresses the infrastructure gap in a private credit market that has scaled faster than its supporting systems. Existing processes for origination and servicing often rely on manual workflows and fragmented data. Toqen provides an orchestration layer for the lifecycle of these assets, offering digital workflows, controlled fractionalisation, and governance tools.

The platform targets professional environments including hedge funds, credit funds, lenders, and institutional partners. Its features are designed to support liquidity optionality and provide verifiable transparency for funding partners.

The company currently lists one employee on LinkedIn and is moving into a controlled pilot phase with selected market participants. Documentation for the share allotment was filed in September 2026.
