Tenora Financial Group secures £5.5m Series A for FX risk management platform

The TruHedge platform, a proprietary solution for centralising and automating foreign exchange risk analysis, has received an estimated £5.5m Series A injection. Its developer, Tenora Financial Group Limited, provides this technology to corporations and financial institutions managing cross-border transactions. Based in London, the company offers real-time market visibility and facilitates transparent trade execution through its software.

Founded in 2024, the business focuses on end-to-end management across pre-trade, trade, and post-trade activities. The system is designed to help finance teams maintain oversight and governance while making informed decisions. Total funding raised in 2026 now stands at £7.7m, following a total of £2.1m secured during 2025.

Financial records for the year ending 31 December 2025 show a loss of £1.3m. While these accounts listed five employees, the company's LinkedIn profile currently reports a headcount of 30 staff. Documentation for the latest capital injection was filed in September 2026, following an allotment of shares in August.
