Arc Group Global Ltd reaches £35.5m valuation following latest funding

Providing financial advisory services across global markets, Arc Group Global Ltd has raised an estimated £510.1k in new funding. The London-based firm operates as an investment bank and management consultancy with a specific focus on bridging the gap between financial hubs in Asia, the US, and Europe. Its service suite includes mergers and acquisitions, asset management, and equity and debt financing.

Incorporated in 2019, the company also assists clients with IPOs and SPAC transactions. This latest capital injection brings the estimated post-money valuation of the business to £35.5m. The amount raised in this round constitutes the total funding secured by the entity throughout 2026.

Internal data shows the company maintained a team of two employees according to accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025. While the share allotment took place earlier in the year (May), the formal documentation was filed in September.
