The London-based firm, which also engages in other software publishing and business and domestic software development, recently secured an estimated £250k in funding. This round brings the enterprise to an estimated post-money valuation of £10.2m.

Incorporation occurred in June 2025, and the company describes its product as an operating system for the service industry. Its technology is designed to empower the next generation of ticketing and scheduling for various venues and studios while overseeing overall operations. According to its professional profile, the team currently consists of 14 employees and maintains an online presence at tiquo.co.

This capital increase is based on a share allotment from January 2026, for which documentation was filed in July 2026.
