Healthco Investment Participations reaches £126.3m valuation

An estimated £44.5m has been raised by Healthco Investment Participations Ltd, a business based in Altrincham. This latest capital injection brings the company to a post-money valuation of £126.3m.

The entity was incorporated in July 2025 and operates as a holding company for DCC Healthcare. Through this acquisition, it engages in the contract development and manufacturing of nutritional supplements alongside beauty products. Operations also include the production and supply of medical devices targeting the healthcare sector.

The funding round involved a share allotment in June, with formal documentation filed in July.
