Several director appointments were confirmed (July), including Emma Borrie and Aaron Anthony Lawson-Clark. LinkedIn suggests both may be associated with LDC, serving as an investment manager and investor respectively. Timothy Mervyn Wallis also joined the board during this period, with external data suggesting he may serve as a chairman and investor.
