Talkr secures £31.1k for startup outsourcing platform

A funding round of £31.1k has been secured by Talkr Limited, valuing the London-based business at an estimated £207.5k. The company provides outsourcing services specifically designed for startups and fast-growing enterprises, covering areas such as customer support, consultancy, and HR administration.
Founders Ben and Marc established the firm in 2017 to address challenges related to hiring cycles and rising operational costs. The platform builds remote teams that handle technical assistance, including API support and SQL analysis, alongside sales enablement and onboarding operations. Talkr claims its model allows clients to reduce costs by up to 60 percent while maintaining a customer retention rate above 95 percent.
The business offers flexible monthly contracts and manages payroll, recruitment, and compliance for its users. Current clients include SaaS and fintech companies such as Learnerbly, MyInterview, and Juno Journey. While latest accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025 listed two employees, the company social profile currently indicates a headcount of nine.
