Corsa Alpha Limited joins Altify Group cap table as four investors exit

Altify Group Limited, a London-based information technology consultancy founded in 2018, recently updated its shareholder register (period ending 9 May 2026). The company provides specialized IT solutions and professional advice to businesses.

The most significant change involves Corsa Alpha Limited joining the cap table with 21,499,254 ordinary shares. This entry follows the exit of Edam International Limited, which previously held 21,499,254 shares.

Other new entrants include Overseas Trust and Pension Limited, acting as trustee for the Opes International Retirement and Savings Plan, which now holds 5,374,814 shares. Yellow Services LLC joined with 3,198,103 shares. Yellow Services LLC is also a shareholder in Finstant Ltd and Kuan Financial (UK) Limited. Additionally, Universum General Partner Limited entered the cap table with 2,586,360 shares. The arrival of multiple new investors may signal a recent funding round.

These changes occurred alongside the departure of Eagle Invest Management Limited (5,374,814 shares), Qatar Investment Fund (3,198,103 shares), and Universum Holdings Limited (2,586,360 shares). Universum Holdings Limited is also a shareholder in Universum Wealth Ltd.

The company maintains several large existing investors. Smartbytes GmbH remains the largest shareholder with 1,044,890,093 shares, followed by Sabvest Capital Holdings Limited with 313,385,165 shares. Other holdings are maintained by Maxmore Ventures AG. (75,588,695 shares) and Selector AG. (32,979,635 shares).
