This capital injection supports the business's focus on creating interactive video games for young players and their families. The studio aims to deliver captivating gaming experiences through the publishing of computer games.

The developer was incorporated in April 2025 and is currently building its debut title, Neverland: A Peter Pan Adventure. It functions as a development house, maintaining a workforce of 30 employees to support its production pipeline. The team operates from its headquarters in the North West of England.
