Information technology advice ranging from software and computer audit consultancy to information systems strategic review and planning forms the core offering of Reef Commerce & Technology Ltd. Based in London, the startup has secured a fresh injection of funding, placing the business at an estimated post-money valuation of £1.6m.

Additional services provided by the enterprise include technical activities such as data archiving and backup. The team also handles the installation of peripheral equipment and personal computers. Incorporated in 2024, the firm has now brought in an aggregate of £325k in capital since its inception.

This latest £20k raise is smaller than the £305k total generated throughout 2025. The new allotment of shares was finalized in March, with the formal paperwork filed in June. The entity is registered under UK company number 16063260.
