An estimated £43.1k has been raised by Bedford-based Omni Money Solutions Limited in its latest funding round. This capital injection follows a previous period where a total of £73.1k was secured in 2025, with a further £10k recorded for the current calendar year.
The business was incorporated in 2019 to provide other information technology and computer service activities, with a focus on computer disaster recovery and software installation. Despite being established for several years, the firm has yet to provide active products or services to a target market, having filed dormant accounts for every year since its inception.
Financial records for the year ended 30 November 2024 show the company has a single employee. Documentation for this transaction was filed in June 2026, following an allotment of shares earlier that month.
