A £5m Series A round has been closed by Rathlin Therapeutics Limited. Based in London, the company conducts research and experimental development in biotechnology to create therapeutic solutions for the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

Incorporated in 2022, the business reported a £6.4m loss for the financial year ending 31 December 2024. During that period, the firm operated with a team of four employees.

The capital secured in this round represents the total investment raised by the company in 2026. This follows a previous funding total of £12m recorded across 2025. Formal documentation for the allotment of shares was filed in July.
