The business was incorporated in 2014 and utilizes a home delivery model for its fresh and natural products. Financial records for the year ended 31 May 2025 show the company employed 18 people.

The recent capital increase follows an allotment of shares that took place in December 2025, with formal documentation filed in June. This transaction brings the total funding raised by the firm across the 2025 calendar year to £3.3m.
