Openhuman secures £1.8m for personal AI superintelligence

An estimated £1.8m has been raised by Openhuman Ltd to support the development of its open-source, desktop-first personal AI superintelligence. The London-based company builds a local-first memory of a user's context by connecting to various services, allowing the software to automate workflows and take proactive actions.

The technology aims to reverse engineer hidden drivers such as beliefs, thoughts, and emotions from observed behavior to make human actions understandable and predictable. While the first application assists companies in making commercial decisions, the project targets a wide market including individuals, freelancers, nonprofits, startups, and government entities.

The business was incorporated in May and maintains a website at openhumanlab.com. Alessandro Babini and Ramanujam Macharla Vijayakumar were both appointed as directors in May. Despite the recent funding activity (allotment and filing dates in July), LinkedIn records show the firm currently has zero employees.
