An estimated £33.8k has been raised by London-based Ignitus Labs Ltd in a new funding round (allotted in August and filed in September). This latest injection brings the company to an estimated post-money valuation of £2.2m. The business develops Ignitus, an AI-driven mentor designed to provide real-time advice and tailored sessions for managers looking to improve their leadership skills and mindset.
Founded in 2023, the startup focuses on HR and Learning & Development leaders within organizations. The software is specifically built for integration with platforms such as Microsoft Teams to provide scalable leadership development. While the company specializes in Salesforce solutions according to its professional profiles, its primary product offering centers on cost-effective mentoring for corporate environments.
This round follows earlier activity that brought the total capital raised in 2026 to £200k. During the previous year, the company secured £110k in funding. Financial records for the year ended 31 October 2025 showed a headcount of two employees, though more recent data from LinkedIn indicates the team has grown to seven staff members.
