Omnisient International secures £791k for data collaboration platform

Published

An estimated £791.7k has been raised by Omnisient International Limited to expand its privacy-preserving data collaboration platform. Based in London, the company provides technology that enables organisations to securely share and analyse first-party consumer behavioural data.

By utilizing privacy-enhancing technologies, AI, and analytics, the solution allows businesses in the retail, telecommunications, healthcare, and financial services sectors to monetise high-value data without exposing raw information. The firm was incorporated in 2023 to address the challenge of secure data sharing across industries.

This new capital follows a larger funding year in 2025, during which the business raised £2.2m. According to its latest accounts for the year ended 31 May 2025, Omnisient reported revenue of £85.1k alongside a £557.6k loss.

At the time of those filings, the software developer employed six people. Documentation for the current allotment was filed in September 2026 (following an initial share issuance in August).
