Ogcs Global reaches £2.3m valuation following latest funding round

Ogcs Global Ltd has reached a post-money valuation of £2.3m following a fresh injection of capital. The Weybridge-based company raised approximately £88k in this latest round.

Founded in 2012, the firm provides a complete contracts and procurement supply chain management service. Its offering includes contracts engineering, project controls, and quantity surveying, alongside proprietary software solutions such as boqsor Unit Rate Contracting and boqsor CM Cost Management. These services target the global energy industry, specifically the upstream and downstream oil, gas, renewable energy, mining, and petrochemical sectors.

Financial records for the year ended 30 December 2024 show the business generated £38.5m in revenue and a £2.8m profit. While statutory accounts listed 101 employees at that time, more recent data from LinkedIn indicates a current headcount of 118 staff members.

This funding follows a previous round in April 2024 where the company raised £250k at a £1.8m valuation. An earlier investment of £42k was secured in March 2022, at which point the business was valued at £275.3k. Documentation for the most recent capital increase was filed in June.
