Nuggets secures £499.7k for AI agent identity and audit platform

Securing an estimated £499.7k in its latest funding round, London-based Nuggets Ltd has reached an estimated post-money valuation of £35.2m. The company provides a platform that equips AI agents with verifiable identities and comprehensive audit trails, facilitating password-less payments, logins, and identity verification.

Founded in 2016, Nuggets targets enterprise security leaders such as Chief Information Security Officers and Chief Technology Officers. Its technology addresses the challenge of deploying autonomous systems by establishing authority and policy compliance during machine-led actions. The infrastructure adds cryptographic trust and enforcement at the moment of execution, designed to integrate with existing identity and cloud systems rather than replacing them.

Latest accounts for the year ended 31 October 2025 show the business employed four people, though LinkedIn records indicate a larger team of 34 staff. This recent injection contributes to a total of £749.5k raised across 2025. The allotment of shares took place in December 2025, with formal documentation filed in June 2026.
