The business, which operates in the general-purpose machinery manufacturing sector, was incorporated in 2023. It reported a £117.7k loss for the financial year ending 30 September 2025. During that period, the firm maintained a headcount of five employees.
This latest capital injection brings the total funding raised in 2026 to £503.4k. This follows a previous year of investment activity during which the firm secured a total of £469.8k. Documentation was filed in June, following an allotment of shares that took place in April.
