To address operational inefficiencies caused by manual, repetitive business processes, Nexbotix Limited has raised £296.4k. Founded in 2020, the London-based developer of AI-driven software reached an estimated post-money valuation of £13.5m following the investment.

The company focuses on the UK automotive retail sector, providing tools to streamline invoicing, vehicle sales paperwork, and data cleansing. Its product suite includes AutoINVOICE for financial workflows, AutoADMIN for sales administration, and AutoCLEANSE for lifecycle data synchronisation. These applications integrate with existing systems to reduce human intervention.

According to company data, the technology has saved Arnold Clark 8,500 hours of labor annually, while Mon Motors reduced its internal processing time by 4,000 hours. Nexbotix claims its solutions can lower document processing costs by up to 60 percent, typically delivering a return on investment within five to six months.

Latest accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025 recorded 14 employees, though more recent LinkedIn data indicates a headcount of 23 staff. Nexbotix specialises in robotic process automation, machine learning, and digital virtual workforces. This capital (allotted in January and filed in June 2026) represents the total funding raised by the business during the current year.
