Developing new diagnostic tools to improve the management of neurological conditions is the primary focus of Neuronostics. The Bristol-based company, founded in 2017, utilizes computational neuroscience to create systems for monitoring and treatment.

The firm’s lead product, BioEP, is a digital biomarker designed for epilepsy. It analyzes background EEG data to predict the likelihood of seizures, providing a risk score that supports clinical decisions. This software as a service platform is intended to create a proactive model of care within neurology centres.

A recent funding round, with documentation filed in June, raised an estimated £136.8k for the business. This contribution brings the total capital secured by the company during 2026 to £2.6m.

Financial results for the year ended 31 December 2024 reveal that Neuronostics generated revenue of £104.4k. During the same period, the company reported a £504k loss. While the most recent accounts list a team of 13 employees, current LinkedIn profiles suggest a total headcount of 20 staff members.
