Warrington-based Native Layer Labs raises £50k for property infrastructure platform
Published
Native Layer Labs provides infrastructure to standardise the fractional ownership of income-producing residential assets. Based in Warrington, the company offers a developer operations platform that manages investor workflows, SPV-based configuration, and cap table management. This technology aims to replace fragmented, manual processes used by asset managers to distribute participation through automated reporting workflows and distribution tooling.
A recent funding round saw the firm raise an estimated £50k, resulting in an estimated post-money valuation of £2m. This capital injection follows the incorporation of the business in February. The model combines early-stage SaaS revenue with recurring fees based on assets under management, positioning the entity as a regulated layer between operators and investors rather than a marketplace or brokerage.
The startup is SEIS-eligible and currently lists zero employees on its LinkedIn profile. It follows a staged approach, beginning with embedding into the asset lifecycle before transitioning into full platform administration. The funding allotment was finalised in May (with formal documentation filed in September).
