Mc Critical Minerals Secures £6.2m for Aluminium Production

Aluminium producer Mc Critical Minerals Limited has raised an estimated £6.2m in new capital. This latest financing results in a post-money valuation of approximately £8.7m for the London-based business.

Since its incorporation in 2024, the firm has focused on these industrial operations. The current funding total follows the £242.5k that the company secured throughout the previous calendar year.

A loss of £71.6k was reported for the financial year which concluded on 31 March 2025. Documentation regarding this equity issue was filed in July, while the allotment of shares took place in June.
