Hardware firm Luxtec Global secures £39k capital injection

Manufacturing of electric lighting equipment is the primary focus of Luxtec Global Limited, which has just raised an estimated £39k. This investment values the Cambridge-based company at an estimated £1.8m post-money.

The business was incorporated in 2016 and provides information technology service activities alongside its production work, with social media profiles categorising the firm within the IT services and consulting industry.

This latest capital follows a previous funding period during which the company raised a total of £100k. According to financial accounts for the year ended 31 October 2025, the business maintained a headcount of two employees. More recent data from LinkedIn indicates a single staff member.
