Individuals who find traditional budgeting tools difficult, including those with ADHD, are the target audience for a mobile finance application developed by Luura Finance Ltd. The platform requires users to manually track transactions, personal goals, and bills. This London-based company designed the service for users aged 16 and over to help them pause non-essential outgoings and view upcoming obligations.

The software provides visual spending patterns to assist with long-term financial management. Users also record their moods to see how they relate to their expenditure. The application generates a daily safe-to-spend number based on these entries.

Incorporated in October 2025, the business operates within the software publishing industry. A recent funding round secured £16.7m for the firm, placing the estimated post-money valuation of the company at £1.5b. The share allotment for this capital increase took place in July, with the corresponding regulatory documents filed in September.
