AgFunder and Carbon 13 significantly increase stakes in We Are Nium

AgFunder Fund IV, L.P. and Carbon 13 Capital Ltd have significantly increased their shareholdings in We Are Nium Ltd, according to a confirmation statement for the period ending 5 June 2026. AgFunder Fund IV, L.P. grew its position from 368,042 shares to 590,963,344 shares, with its entire holding now consisting of Series Seed shares. Carbon 13 Capital Ltd increased its stake from 41,953 shares to 27,330,873 ordinary shares. Carbon 13 Capital Ltd also holds shares in Fermentation Technologies Ltd and Materials Nexus Limited.

Based in Abingdon and founded in 2022, We Are Nium Ltd develops a clean ammonia on demand system. The technology uses nanotechnology to synthesize ammonia at lower temperatures and pressures to help decarbonize production for the agriculture, maritime, and industrial sectors.

The cap table continues to include DCVC VI Alpha, LLC with 220,839 shares and Swansea Innovations Ltd with 176,470 shares. C13 SEIS Fund/ KCP Nominees Ltd also remains a shareholder with 26,571 shares. The simultaneous increase in shares by multiple existing investors may signal a recent round.
